TOM GREENFIELD
Project Manager

Tom Greenfield has had a long career in the real estate industry. Tom’s real estate experience includes business development, marketing/sales and project/asset management. He has been involved in numerous commercial real estate transactions including development experience in office, industrial, hotel and resort properties. In addition, Tom has worked “in-house” for a number of major real estate development companies.

Prior to joining GMB Realty Partners, Tom was Vice President-Special Projects at Colliers International Hotel Group in San Francisco. While at Collier’s, Tom worked on a number of projects which had a “green and sustainable” aspect to them. These projects include: Big Sur Lodge at Pfeiffer State Park in Big Sur, CA., Fetzer Valley Oaks-Hopland, CA. Timberhill Ranch-Cazadero, CA., Skylonda Lodge- Woodside, CA. and Mayacamas Ranch in Calistoga, CA. In addition, Tom has worked as part of team that was involved in the sale of the Coastanoa Resort and the Oyster Point Marina in South San Francisco both coastal recreation properties.

Tom is a California licensed real estate broker and holds an MBA, a CPM and is one of only a few real estate professionals to earn the LEED-AP designation.
