Gary Breen has excelled in representing commercial real estate clients for twenty-two years. From 1986-1996 as a commercial broker he specialized in representing major corporate clients in their facility needs throughout Northern California. In addition, Gary established himself as one of the most successful industrial brokers for leasing and sales of industrial type facilities. He has represented major developers and institutional owners in over eight million square feet of transactions. Since 1989, lease transactions personally completed by Gary total more than 5.0 million square feet of space.

In 1996, he moved into the development arena and developed three successful commercial projects. This development success led to his decision to launch GMB Realty Partners in 2002. As the managing partner of the company, Gary is involved in the real estate activities of all divisions of the company. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
